Let’s Explore

This project teaches children about the environments that they share with others, including their homes, school and places in the local community. During their first half term at Nursery, the children initially explore their immediate environment , settling in to their new class. They then learn about the wider school and the community. This includes local trips, such as to the library and a forest school.

The project also supports  the children to explore their feelings and start to learn the important skills of being ready to learn and co operating with others,
